Terms and conditions
A player, not a content service.
These terms govern your use of Odyssey Player, its web-management service, and related Odyssey services.

1. The service
Odyssey is software for organising and playing compatible media sources supplied or selected by you. Odyssey does not provide, sell, host, endorse, or guarantee television channels, playlists, films, series, or third-party media subscriptions.
2. Your sources and rights
You must only connect services and access media that you are legally authorised to use. You are responsible for provider terms, geographic restrictions, licences, and the accuracy and availability of source data. You must not use Odyssey to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material, or interfere with the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, management codes, profile PINs, connected devices, and provider credentials. Keep them confidential and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
4. App Store purchases
Paid Odyssey features are offered only through Apple's in-app purchase system. Price, tax, trial eligibility, Family Sharing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store and the terms shown by Apple at purchase. Monthly access renews unless cancelled through Apple Account settings. Web management does not sell or upgrade Odyssey Premium.
5. Third-party services
Connected providers and metadata services are independent third parties. Their availability, content, security, and conduct are outside Odyssey's control. Odyssey may change or remove an integration when required for security, law, platform policy, or technical compatibility.
6. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a reliable player but cannot guarantee uninterrupted playback, guide accuracy, source availability, score data, or compatibility with every provider. Features may change as tvOS, provider APIs, and App Store requirements evolve.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Odyssey is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Odyssey is not responsible for third-party content, provider outages, lost playlists, indirect loss, or use outside these terms. Nothing here excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using Odyssey at any time and can delete a web account using the published deletion process. We may suspend service access for material violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. Deleting an Odyssey account does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase.
9. Changes and governing law
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
